As of this minute (11:14 a.m. MST), the necessary papers for a recount have been filed with the New Hampshire Secretary of State.

I have been watching the cable news programs and have seen nothing about this obvious fraud. There has been much jolly discussion by the usual suspects: David Gergen, Chris Matthews et al. but no one has reported on the discrepancy reported by the AP. I believe that the hopes of the Democratic party leaders is for Hillary to be the candidate and if there is fraud found the Democratic leaders could be complicit.
good catch!!! this kind of evidence is very power and should be enough to file formal charges against someone. don't let this fall into the memory hole.
It was noted on tonight's McLaughlin Group broadcast that the pollsters were spot on for Obama, and that Hillary got a lot of votes out of nowhere.
And Ron Paul should have pulled 15-16% in NH as widely predicted.

this is incredible! Of course fraud screwed RP out of a win in NH.... my only problem with the "before fraud" results is that it shows McCain with "0" votes in most precincts. Does that sound kosher to you? It seems wrong before and after the fraud....
I'm not saying that there wasn't vote fraud, but it seems as though the totals for McCain and Tancredo were mistakenly switched, and then later corrected.
Even still, I would be shocked if major vote fraud didn't occur in New Hampshire. I bet the f*ckers were ready to go with fixed paper ballots defending the totals that they presented in case there is a recount.
Ballots must be:
- ALWAYS in view of the public
- hand counted in front of the public
No machines (other than humans).
Transparency is vital.
Ballots and corresponding reciepts should be time stamped to avoid fake ballots being added to the total votes.

It looks like entire columns of numbers were moved to the left, and then to the right in another view, thus attributing different vote totals to different candidates. I am seeing identical numbers in columnar order, under different candidates. Human error is not acceptable in such an important issue.....serious credibility issues have been revealed early on, potentially a good thing. Thus, the NH primary "mistakes" by supposedly reputable reporting organizations serve the purpose of increasing citizenry watchfulness and demand for accountability and punishment for wrongdoing for all forms of vote fraud. Eternal Vigilance is the price of Freedom!

I see no evidence in the pictures you posted of fraud. I see shoddy journalism (and likely incompetent computer data entry), but not fraud.
By hook or by crook, McCain has won a New Hampshire primary before. I don't think fraud would be necessary for him to win there again and his pre-voting poll numbers were a pretty good match against the results he got.
Now, the shocker for me is the difference in totals between Dr. Paul and Huckabee. I could easily believe that those had been swapped and it would match the pre-voting poll numbers better.

Comparing the columns to the corrected columns Mcains column from the video clip in Nashua was deleted and not just moved over to another column. As you can see in the corrected page Paul now has Romneys with all numbers moving left 1 space as far as I can see in the video at least BUT where did the 11 go in the corrected version? I can see all the numbers all the way across in the corrected version and there should be an 11 in a column somewhere in the Nashua county but there is no 11 which you can assume Mcains column was deleted huh?
In Iowa , as boring as it was I watched the C-SPAN2 broadcast. After the ballots were collected all the people in there that voted was sent out of the room. Then the counters kind of huddled into little groups and started counting. No Public was aloud to see the count. I believe I saw Ron Paul votes being miscounted right on camera! A video from C-SPAN2 needs to be investigated for Fraud.

Its most interesting that the Boston Globe just switched the vote counts around (AFTER they were already posted online) without a correction notice.
Anytime a revision is made to a news article, its standard practice to make notice of the revision.
Was an official correction notice done in this case? To just drastically change already posted material without an explanation is definitely bad journalism and certainly a little suspicious.
Boston.com mislabeled the columns. I'm not buying into this whole screenshot thing at all. I see no evidence of a mistake by the AP. It was clearly an error on Boston.com in posting the results, which they admitted to and reformatted. Very easy to make formatting mistakes online.
However, I DO think fraud HAS occurred and I wrote to Ron Paul's campaign a couple days ago asking that they request a recount. Of course they haven't but Kucinich did.
I don't think Kucinich would put his reputation and money on the line unless he really felt he had solid evidence of vote fraud presented to him beyond the polling numbers that didn't match up with the results.

It's very aggravating to read comments about NH Voting fraud because majority of the commenters have Florida and Ohio in mind and we don't have the same systemic problems they have.
Example:
NH DOES NOT USE ELECTRONIC VOTING. In 1994, well before the electronic voting fiasco, NH passed a law requiring all voting machines to have a paper trail. They are optical scantron ballots that you mark with a pen. The only electronic part in the process is the tabulation. All ballots must be escorted by state troopers.
THIS WILL NOT COST TAX PAYERS ANY MONEY:
Kucinich (and Albert Howard) must pay for the recount because they lost by more than a 3% margin. It is not fair to dump this cost onto taxpayers. If they want to pay for it, more power to them. The state of NH has no opinion on the matter, its just their job to do the recount. I do not think the election was stolen, but feel free to prove me wrong.
Note that we're not talking about voter fraud here. We're talking about election fraud. This is fraud that is perpetrated or enabled by the state.
A paper trail is vital, but if it costs thousands of dollars to use, its use will be severely limited.
Most important of all is to assure an accurate count right from the start. We must not trust any computerized reading or counting.
This is laughable. Boston.com's website transposed two columns. The website designer should get a lecture, but there's nothing about a WEBSITE transposing columns that suggests that the actual officials counting votes did anything wrong.
This is a game of Telephone: The New Hampshire people told AP, which told Boston.com. Along the way, Boston.com screwed up and switched two columns.
Otherwise you'd have to explain why Ron Paul went from polling 6-8% to taking a majority of the votes, and why McCain got zero.

I think we really need to take a look at why so many people seem so eager to believe there is rampant fraud in this country that they'll latch on to the smallest piece of non-evidence and start ranting and raving. Kinda scary really.

The trouble with fake ballots is the fingerprints. They should possess a wide group of differing fingerprints - not the finger prints of a few or worse, no prints at all.
